California native Anthony Gutierrez knows the value of simplicity and fresh food. Raised in the middle of orchards and farms in the Santa Clara Valley, he ate fresh Mexican food at home everyday with homemade tortillas and produce picked up at the local farm stands. Now, Anthony prides himself on the love of all things fresh, clean, and simple and is vigilant about flavoring enthusiastic energy and love into his food everyday.
Throughout his culinary career, Anthony has been trained in the fine art of California and French cuisine by Master Chefs and has prepared exquisite dinners for a long list of high profile clients and celebrities. His expertise comes from an astounding resume of world-class restaurants and chic eateries—including Frankie, Johnnie and Luigi Too, Sofitel Accor, La Folie, Taste Catering, Blue Mermaid Seafood and Chowder House, and The Bohemian Grove.
